Promise accelerator is a metaphisical exercise machine, used to accelerate people's hopes and promises. You write down a promise to your friend/parent/universe and put in an accelerating capsule so it joins hundreds of other particles in a whirpool of peoples intentions, resonating and drawing power from each other.
